Emily Richardson has a passion for making music with young children! She taught elementary general music and early childhood music in the public schools for thirteen years, and has continued teaching in private early childhood settings. Ms. Emily became a certified Music Together® teacher and began teaching MT classes in 2015, and then opened Wildflower Music Makers as the director in the fall of 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from James Madison University and a Master of Music Education degree with an emphasis in Kodály methodology from the University of Oklahoma. She regularly presents on early childhood music topics at local, state, and national music education conferences and workshops. Ms. Emily loves baking, reading, yoga, and spending time outdoors with her husband and son.
